Well, this review will be as short as the haunt 💀
Halloween may be my favorite time of year, but Four Scythes Haunted Attraction in Cumming, GA was a real letdown this season.
The experience started with over a two-hour wait in line. They offer a “skip-the-line” option, but it comes with an extra fee—a setup I’m really not a fan of. On top of that, since it’s held at the Fairgrounds, the strong smell of horse 💩 hangs in the air, which made the wait in the cold even less bearable. By the time I reached the front, my excitement had pretty much drained away.
Unfortunately, the haunt itself didn’t redeem the experience. The actors rushed us through, and it felt much shorter than any other haunt I’ve been to. I’ve seen most in the area, so I know what a great haunt should feel like, and this just wasn’t it. The staff was friendly, which I appreciated, and I wanted to enjoy it, but it just didn’t deliver.
Overall, I’m giving Four Scythes a 2/5 💀💀 for the 2024 season.
